It’s Big Brother premiere day, and the long-running CBS reality series is gearing up for its most action-packed season yet, taking viewers and 16 brand new Houseguests to an alternate universe. Or, shall I say, universes?

With the house finally revealed, the comic-style residence is ridden by the effects of this season’s theme, the Big Brother Multiverse, which fans already conspire may be hinting at a Heroes vs. Villains component to the game. “The Big Brother Multiverse is going to affect every competition. I mean, it’s the 25th season; we had to shake it up,” host Julie Chen Moonves exclusively revealed during an August 1 appearance on CBS Mornings.

The twist was accidentally unleashed by former Big Brother legends Danielle Reyes (BB3, BB7), Britney Haynes (BB12, BB14), and Frankie Grande (BB16), who broke into the BB25 house last week with a mission to change their fates from previous seasons. Luckily, we’ll get to see how their error affects the game in tonight’s premiere, which Chen Moonves promises fans won’t want to miss. And in true Big Brother form, who better to test this concept on than a group of 16 complete strangers from across the country?

This season’s Houseguests, revealed on July 31, will be entering the still-elusive house tonight in a special 90-minute live move-in, airing at 8/7c on CBS and Paramount+. Julie touts the group as “big personalities” and adds that there are “no wallflowers this year at all.” With so many twists and turns yet to be discovered and a 100-day season on the way—the longest in history—could Big Brother 25 be one for the books?

See Julie’s full quote in the video below, and don’t miss the season premiere of Big Brother 25 tonight at 8/7c on CBS and Paramount+.
