After being absent from Seasons 33 and 34 due to COVID protocols, the U-Turn is finally back in play on CBS’s The Amazing Race. This season, however, introduces an all-new form of the fan-favorite game mechanic that forces all remaining teams to anonymously vote for a team to complete an additional detour in an upcoming leg of the race.
In tonight’s episode titled “Driving Head On Into Scooters,” the votes for the mandatory U-Turn are in, and one team must complete both detours in India, bundling up flowers and transporting building materials on rickshaws in the bustling streets of Jaipur.
